Our hostel here in Tamarindo, Costa Rica is set in a beautiful lush tropical garden with frequent visit from monkeys, iguanas, raccoons, and our famous Cat Simba!

Private Rooms

We offer an assortment of private rooms to choose from, accommodating groups of anywhere from 2 to 5 people. Our rooms are always fresh with new orthopedic mattresses and clean sheets. You can choose a room with AC or a fan. All private rooms come with shared bathrooms, which are kept immaculately clean.

Our hostel has the qualities of a hotel but with the added benefit of a social atmosphere and tons of fun activities to encourage backpackers to connect and form lasting friendships.

Dorm Rooms

We also offer a wide range of dormitory options. If you are on a budget you can choose a dorm room with fan or for a few dollars more, a dorm room that runs Air Conditioning from 9PM-9AM.

All dorm rooms are equipped with medium-sized lockers for the safety of your personal items, have new orthopedic mattresses, and plenty of shared bathrooms and showers for everyone.

The social area in our hostel in Tamarindo Costa Rica is designed to encourage comfortability and socialization. The structure is a huge rancho style area with rocking chairs, strong wifi throughout and plenty of plugs for your electronics, as well as large poof pillows perfect for reading a book or catching up with friends. We also provide lots of gaming and entertainment options for you and your fellow travelers such as, foosball, ping pong or beer pong, billiards, card games and board games.

In addition, we are lucky enough to have an arrangement with the Best Western Hotel here Tamarindo, where only guests from our hostel can enjoy their pool with swim up bar, specials for happy hour, discounts on food and one of the best places in town to view our amazing sunsets, not to mention, free entrance to the Crazy Monkey party on Friday nights! In our Zen garden area you can relax by the water fountain, use our BBQ grill to create dinners with other hostel guests, or join our social evenings at the fire pit with bonfires and roasted marshmallows. We have excellent and fast free Wi-Fi throughout the entire property and rooms.
